My friend finally found a 2006 325i that she liked. It was at a reputable new car dealer in Vegas. One of her desires was that the car had a leather interior. The sticker on the car said "Leather Upholstery" The mileage on the car was at around 10,420 miles (not bad for a one year car). The sales person also stated to both of us that the car had leather interior. Also they stated that the new car price was around $38K - $36K. She decided to buy the car for arund $27,000. When she came back to CA, she had the car checked at the local BMW dealer. The dealer informed her that the car did not have leather upholstery but was vinyl. Also, under the trunk carpet, she found the original sticker stating the price at $33,420. What legal remedy does she have at this point? Thank you.
