If someone was charged with disorderly in public instead of dlomestic abuse can they be considered for a job in law enforcement? If it happened 15 years ago and probation and other requirements have been fulfilled can their record be expunged? Does the gun ban law 18 U.S.C. 992(g)(9) apply to them?
