I Am a green card holder.I have open case in NY County Criminal Court.
I have ple guilty for A Misdemeanor at court. And the deal with DA is .
If i will stay out of troble for next 6 months i will withdrwal that pled and in 6 months I will ple misordynarly conduct whitch is only a violation and will pay 95$ fine .Thats the recorded promisse in court.
Can i saftly travel abroad before my case will complitly finish , durring this 6 months. .Without any problem from INS .
Or better wait entil the case will be closed .
What is the status of my case durring this 6 months .Was i already cinvicted or not ???
Do i need obtain some documents from court when traveling abroad whitch can proofe that i was convicted only for violation , after the case wil be closed.???
Can conviction for misorderly conduct affect my future Citzten ship ???
