Misdemeanor 2 counts on Contempt and 1 FTA help

Hello,

My boyfriend and I were at Ez-mart last night and got some drinks, and walked out towards my car. Several Police cars were surrounded by my car and told me "We had a report of a hit and run and your car looked like the description, but I dont see any fresh damage" I asked, "Ok, what time did this supposed accident happen and where?" The cop refused to tell me that information, and ID'd my boyfriend, but didn't ID me. My boyfriend, i found out, had 3 warrants, out of Bentonville Arkansas, Rogers Arkansas, and Lowell Arkansas. 2 contempts, (in Bentonville and Rogers) and 1 FTA==Failure to Appear=== in Lowell.

My question is... What is He possibly looking at in jail time or whatever?

We cant tell you how the judge will rule but yes he can get jail time for the offense. I think the bigger consurn is, do you want to be with a person with a record like that?

According to what type of FTA felony or misdemeanor. Could be 30 30 days to 6 months...or maybe nothing...all according to the type of crime nad reason he didn't appear for the court date
