You need to pay the fines immediately and then visit the DMV and have your license reinstated. Ignoring a traffic ticket is one of the most stupid things you can do. If you can't appear then you request a continuance. If you can't pay the judge will usually work out a plan or community service. A not guilty plea will normally result in a three to six month delay giving you time to raise the funds.
