Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Mip

ok so im the one who got an MIP about a month ago and im applying to a school in florida to transfer to and the application asks: on the app it asks: have u ever been charged with a violation of the law which resulted in or if still pending could result in probation, community service, a jail sentence or the suspension of your drivers license?
do i put yes or no? becuz i have not been to court yet nor has a court date been set...im not sure what to do and i dont want to put the wrong thing. if i have a 3.5 gpa and i put yes, will this hurt my chances of getting into the school?

This is a tough choice because it is possible that it could be dismissed... but technically the answer is yes. I can't tell you what to do at the moment. Good luck with getting into school and I hope that this won't affect you.
