Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Mip Confusion

I'm from Maine and I charged with posession of alcohol while i was driving. i'm 19 and blew a .18 on the breathalizer. I should've gotten an OUI but the cop let me off really easy but won't they find out when i go to court that i should've gotten an OUI??
