Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Minor Consumption of Alchohol

I am 17 years old and while on a trip in Las Vegas, myself along with three others recieved Minor Consumption tickets,while on Private property (new york new york parking garage). Ive heard that the consequence is a liscence suspention for anywhere of 2 months to as much as a year! this is what i have found in California are the laws different in Nevada? any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.

p.s. the 3 others are over 18, is it different for them?

Hi -- I can't understand where things happened and exactly what law you were charged with breaking. Did the violation occur in a Las Vegas parking lot whose trade name is "New York, New York"? Do you live in CA which is why you are asking about comparative law? Giving the actual law you violated would be easiest for someone to answer.
