We have a 2019 Keystone Cougar travel trailer that had structural floor issues. We brought it to a Keystone dealer on July 14 to have them begin proceedings with Keystone to have it reviewed and advise of warranty work to be done. We still have no answers. Keystone will NOT communicate with us, and have now stopped communicating with the dealer. We are at a loss of what to do next if Keystone continues to completely ignore us. In the mean time our, brand new, camper is sitting in a dealer lot and completely tore apart, and unusable, from Keystone directions, to the dealer, so they could get pictures and "readings".
