My husband is the army active duty since september 14, 2012 but was in the national guard since 2006 &you was station in texas for 2 yrs. & we have been here in az since. Well i recently found out that he cheated on me while being married with me &the had a baby &you is pregnant again. What are my legal rights &you benefits upon getting divorce with 6 kids?

I suggest you contact a lawyer in your state.
Your kids will get to keep their ID cards, and you'll get one to access base servoces for them (as long as he remains on active duty).
The lawyer you contact will be able to get paid by your husband.
Don't expect much, other than child support, health care, and access to base shopping.
