I live in NY, my sister in Florida. In 2002 and 2003 she used my social security number to get phone electri and an apartment. I didnt press charges because they said i had to travel to Florida to do so, and I couldnt. I want to press charges now, but a friend said I probably cant because the statute of limitations ran out since its been 6-7 years. Is this the law in Florida?
