Corporate Law Members of a LLC

Can a S Corporation be a member of a LLC? I have a C corporation. Another person has a S Corporation. The two companies want to do a short term venture. I know a C Corp can be a member, but can the S Corp?

Check with the bureaucrats in your state (which you didn't disclose) who issue LLC certifications.
