Member managers and managers of an llc

If there is a managing member and non-member manager what level of accountability does the non-member manager have? Should I have some idea of what this business is doing? I was told I was only listed as a manager in case of something happening to the member-manager but I know this business is late on their payroll taxes and such and I am worried about my accountability.

A non-managing member has rights of inspection. Regarding accountability, I'm not sure what that means. I'm not sure what you are worried about and the business would be subject to repercussions as a result of the manager's irresponsibility.
