I was recently involved in an automobile accident which did not involve anyone else. I have a medical condition that may have caused me to black out, I crashed into a tree off the freeway off-ramp. I just found out about this condition and my doctors are performing multiple tests to prevent further blackouts.

I just recieved a ticket in the mail for:
RCW 46.61.670
Driving with wheels off roadway.

It shall be unlawful to operate or drive any vehicle or combination of vehicles over or along any pavement or gravel or crushed rock surface on a public highway with one wheel or all of the wheels off the roadway thereof, except as permitted by RCW 46.61.428 or for the purpose of stopping off such roadway, or having stopped thereat, for proceeding back onto the pavement, gravel or crushed rock surface thereof

Postives and negatives of the accident:
I found out I have an overactive thyroid that could lead to other serious aligments that may play a role in my blacking out and the negative would be dealing with this ticket. Do I have a chance at getting off w/o it being on my record?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
