I could us a little help. - - - In a trust agreement involving real property, the parties involved (trustee & trustor) are to "share equally in any benefit" etc. The meaning of the words "any benefit" is the issue.
Here's the problem: My side (the trustor) holds we are entitled to "equal use" (possession) and enjoyment of the land. (It's unimproved river frontage recreation property).- - - -The other side (trustee) contends that the word "benefit" does not mean that we can use (possess) the land for any purpose.
I'm in a pickle, can anyone help.
