I am working with NIC on contract basis since 2012 in Delhi. I want to know about the maternity leaves policy for contractual employees under central government organisation. As Our employer is denying for giving any maternity leave and so our Client NIC. But as per maternity act nd labour act and supreme court law every women is eligible forminimum 84 days
