Nearly one month ago, our storm had some damage done to the vinyl siding and roof. We had very strong, high winds and hail (the size of golf balls for 8 minutes straight) not to mention heavy rain too. Our vinyl siding was hit by debre and stick branches causing obvious scratches and puncture holes. and the roof had some shingles blown off. so after talking to atleast ten different people from our insurance company, i finally spoke with the claims adjuster's boss. he stated they would repair the damages, but would not match the vinyl siding with the existing vinyl siding on our home. we asked for it in writing pertaining to the policy and he stated "it is not in writing (the policy), its just not something we do" so all in all they are saying they will repair the damages but dont care if the new siding matches with the original siding on my home. What can be done about this legally? Any good lawyers in middle tennessee area that does free consulting? Thanks.
