I just recieved a speeding ticket/citation in the mail with a list of offenses. These offenses include operating w/o a license (suspended in CT) and heavy rain doing 90+ in a 65 mph zone and next to that the officer has marked: posted, clocked and estimated. When i was pulled over the officer approached me and asked if i knew why i was being pulled over? I answered, "no sir". He then said, " do you think i am harrasing you ? You were doing a 100 mph in a 65 mph zone, give me your liscence and registration ! So i did and everything checked out and when he came back he said i may or may not recieve a citation in the mail. This happened 05/16/06. At this time my car was also in the shop so i was driving a loaner car from the dealership and had two fellow co-workers in the car as well.

Can clocked/estimation be used to determine a speed in which i am traveling and not by a radar?

I checked with DMV records in CT (where i live) and they showed something was wrong and corrected the suspended license so there for i do not have a suspended license, will this be held against me?

It also says i must fill out the " Instruction B (Criminal Application)" area but.... why?

Basically i've fought speeding tickets in the past and have had 85% dropped to a seat belt violation or something like that and i am def. planning on fight this one. Should I and if so and tips?
