I am a dual citizen of the US and Canada. I am currently living in Canada, having moved from the US in 2003. I want to marry a Canadian citizen and bring them back to the US. What is the best way to go about it? Do we get married in Canada or the US? Which gives them the best citizenship standing in the US? Can my partner move with me directly or will they have to wait?
