so i bough this computer in dec 2014 and have had a manufacture defect on my mouse bc when i push a key it puts a delay on the mouse and when i turn that off in the setting it has the delay i have had the company try to help me and they told me it is a manufacture defect and they will need to repair it, so i feel that i should not haft to send it in to be repaired i feel they will just put used parts on it? I feel that they should just replace my computer with a new one Because it is a manufacture defect from the day I got it. when i asked them they said NO! bc i was past the 21 day warranty (note i have only had my computer for 2 months )

Is there some law that will help me with this?

There are 2 types of warranties. The sellers warranty if you buy it from a store and the manufacturers warranty which takes over then or covers from the time you buy it from the manufacturer. If you are beyond the return period and it needs service, your recourse is to send it to them for warranty service unless you have an upgraded plan where they will come to you.

So, what's keeping you from dropping $10 on a mouse at your local big-box store?
