Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication making alcohola bevrages available to a minor

On saturday i went to buy some beer for my use when out of nowhere i was aproached by some guy to by him beer. I was in a hurry so i did, he did tell me he was 18 but i was in a hurry. I left the store and was pulled over by the TABC(Texas alcoholic bevrage commission) i didnt lie to them and got off with a tricket a class a misdemanor and the guy i bought the beer for was working with them. I have no criminal record whatsoever and i am wondering what i might have to face. I have contacted an attroney already but i dont want this on my record what are some of the fines im looking at or can i get it dissmised.I hve never been arrested or have a record at all.
