3yrs. ago I pled guilty to 240.02(Disorderly Conduct)-was told dismissed after 1yr and sealed. Do I need to add this to my immigration forms for permanent residency? I was approved for asylum 14 months ago. The disposition from that charge was included in my asylum application paperwork. Do I need to add it again with my green card application?
