Hello.

I am wondering how to get my LTC back after is was suspended because a RO. The RO was vacated by the judge and thrown out. Now I am stuck on what to do in order to get my guns back which were seized by my police department.

You need to ask for them back from the police dept. Then you will know why they are keeping them. Maybe they are holding them for another reason. You won't know until you ask
