Is it regular practice in Louisiana to have a defendant sign a blank plea agreement?

Talk to your attorney if you do not know exactly what you are being asked to sign. You want to be sure you know what you are signing - what rights you might be signing away. I'm not real comfortable about them asking you to sign a blank plea agreement.
