Other Green Card Issue Locked Out

I am locked out of my uscis account.

They said I tried to change my password too many times and that my USCIS account is locked and that I should contact customer service.

I had a biometrics appointment and if they wan to contact me the only way to do so is through my USCIS account.

What can I do please help.

That is the only way the account is going to be unlocked. New York State does the same thing with its ny.gov accounts, which are supposed to be personal electronic accounts online for residents to manage their issues and "products" like healthcare, traffic, etc. The implementation is a horror show so calling them is a requirement and thus I can almost certainly assure the original poster that this is typically the only way to resolve issues relating to account problems like password reset and account unlocking needs.
