Loan documents sent to doorstep

Bank sent loan documents to my doorstep. I asked them not to do that again and I would pick them up at the bank. They agreed that it made no sense to do leave that information outside. A second set was again sent to my doorstep, on the ground for anyone to grab. It contained personal information including social security number. There was no conversation on how I would like to receive such documents. How in the world can that sort of information being sent to a doorstep be an acceptable practice for a very large bank?

Obviously, the bank isn't going to change it's way of doing things just because you object.

You have the option of taking your business elsewhere.
