We have a potentially huge case with a young attorney (friend) representing us who is working on contingency. The case is against three partners, one an attorney, one a CPA and the other a partner who is also a County Commissioner. Some of the partitions in this lawsuit are as follows: breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, breaches of the duty of loyalty, breaches of any other duties or obligations, failure to provide an accounting, and monies, damages, mineral interest, other real and/or personal property, or other items of value owed by Defendants….. other than these regarding LTD, LLP, LP and General Partnerships can you think of any other potentials to add to this list? These crooks have been embezzling and hiding money, paying for personal homes, cars etc…. transferring minerals and co conspiring with a Title Company and Notary for nearly 12 years.
thank you
