My roommate borrowed my car and got 2 tickets for operating a vehicle without inspection and registration. The officer put those tickets in my name and charged me even though I was not present with the vehicle and not driving. Can I fight this in court?

You let the person borrow your vehicle & it was your responsibility to see re registration & inspection. Therefore, your tickets. Sorry.

If this person took your car without your permission then you should have reported it stolen. Otherwise, it would appear that you're on the hook since it is your car and your responsibility.
