My 20 year old daughter (21, in 2 months) Lives in Colorado with her 25 year old boyfriend. While they still lived in Texas they bought a car at a "buy here, pay here" dealership. After moving out of state, they stopped making the payments on the vehicle. Now, the dealership keeps harassing me day and night. I never signed anything or gave any written consent to my daughter or the dealership for any of my personal info. The question is can the dealership come after me for their debt?

If you didn't sign anything, then you have no responsibility. They probably think your daughter still lives with you.
