Hello, I was recently issued a I'm assuming a letter of No-Trespass. I was a former coach for the Borden High School Cross country team, and assistant coach for the track team last year. However, over the summer, I got into a dispute with the track coach, who also happens to be the Athletic Director, and wasn't hired on again for the jobs. I went to all the cross country meets and supported my former runners, and now with track season coming up, I was mailed a Letter of No-trespass, stating that I could not attend any of the events at the school, or be on school property. I was wondering about the legality of this, and my options to appeal it. Any advice you have to offer would be greatly appreciated.
