Letter in the mail

I got a letter in the mail stating that the house is being sold in May 7. Do I have to leave on the 7th or will they give me time to find a new place?

What does letter say besides home is for sale? Is this a notice to vacete or just a warning house is for sale and owner will need to show home? Also do you have a lease? If so what is time left on lease? Last I dont see where you list your state laws vary by state

its for the lawyers bank and to the owner. All it tell me is that the the sale of the house will be adjourned for one week, until Wednesday, May 7th 2008. i live in south jersey and i don't know the real estate laws around here.

Contact your landlord it seems that house may have been in foreclosure. You might also contact whomever sent letter
