Parole, Probation length of probation revocation

could someone please tell me what is the max sentence for a simple probation revocation, and the max sentence if you catch another felony while on probation.Reason being is my fiance has had the remainder of his probation revoked which is 13yrs, he did catch another felony which is 8yrs running concurrent with the 13 which he has completed the 8yr sentence.Exactly how much time do the law requires for him to do on a 13yr probation revocation? Also what is the name of the motion to have his remainder of his probation midified?

Generally, when your probation is revoked, you serve the balance of your original sentence. If his new sentence is concurrent, he will get out when the greater of the current sentence or the probation balance sentence is done. An appeal is a waste of time. He has already been given a deal.
