Friend of mine is married with an american and have a kid with 3 years that born in Brazil. What he need to do to legalize the kid in USA?

if the dad is a us citizen and they are married and the kid is his file for duel citizenship

She can file for her kid now or wait to be a US citizen and file.......that would be faster.
