I'm in Washington State
in this post i'll be referring to this chapter of the RCW:

and this recent amendment to it:

basically, the new law repeals the section banning delivery and sale of cigarettes and adds in new vague language that appears to ban buying out of state tobacco completely.
I have been discussing this piece of legislation with some like minded people who have been importing swedish snus for a long time now. We're pretty sure this new law makes it a class C felony to even order snus, but then again we're not accustomed to legalese.
Please read the above pdf and let me know what you think. is this law intended to punish private citizens from ordering tobacco products from out of state for personal use?
