My sister's fiance was admitted to the hospital two days before their wedding. He is on life support and there is a chance he will not make it. They have been living together for three years and bought a home together two years ago. All of the bank accounts are in his name. What rights (seeling the home, access to their accounts, burial rights, etc) will she have if he passes away? The live in Oregon.
