I was served with a OSC and Affidavit for Contempt today. I starting reading it and noticed that there were a few things out of place and false on the document. The papers state that I am the petitioner and my ex which is the one that is taking me to court ALL the time is the Repondent. On his I and E it states that his wifes son has his last name which is false. There are several words mispelled as well. Is this still a legal document and can I get them for falsifying a legal document with him stating that his step son has his last name??? I know this probably sounds like meenial things but he keep dragging me into court every chance he gets. I would like to get him on something to get him to leave me alone.
