Hello, I was wondering if you can help me please...I just started a new Business but I would like to know how I can protect myself from clients, I represent a Doctor that is out of the Country he is a wonderful plastic surgen and Gastric by pass Doctor, if something happen he has his own insurace that will protect him but what about me? what form do I need to have my clients sign that they will be responsible for anything that happens? having this form will protect me? or do I need to get Insurance, my new business is a LLC. Please let me know.
