about 4 years ago i moved in with a women. through trust, i have invested about $38,000 in her property. i have nothing in writing except reciepts and cancelled checks. now that things arent working out between us....she has decided to send me packin empty-handed.
Question: can i sue her for any of my expenses? upgrades to the property include 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an in-ground pool w/fence.
also, i have paid half of all the living expenses, half of her mortgage, and half of the property taxes for almost 4 years.
do i have any rights at all? Help!
