I am a disabled person who has limited income, my name is John Shipp and i rent from my landlord.Today he was served foreclosure papers from the bank, (I have a copy),as a tenant, what grounds do i have or, does this mean that i will end up on the street or do i have a time limit. he had not paid the mortgage since Dec. 07 and they are demanding full payment of 120,000.00. occupying resident is named in the summons. Don't know what to do?
