As of November 13 my roomate/landlord told me via text that I needed to be out by the end of the November because he wants someone else to ro take my room. He has not given me a formal notice or request aND is not leaving me with ample time or waring considering I spent the roughly 4 1/2 months in the hospital with therapy and surgery. I even made sure rent was paid in full all that time. When I returned home I discovered that several brand items were missing. Roughly $375 total give or take a and i do not have renters insurance. If I read correctly his policy something to the effect of him being held culpable or responsible for one of his guests stealing my property. I'm wondering how to go about handle the, sittuation. Any assistance would be greatly appreiated. Thank you.

First of all, you don't have to leave because he asks you to leave.
He must go to court and evict you, and must have a good reason to do so.
From what you say, he has no such reason to evict you.

You appear to be current with your rent.
You even paid the rent while hospitalized.
One of his guests seems to have stolen your property while you were in hospital.

Okay, so you need to time to leave.
You think leaving would benefit you, and I agree, for what that's worth. LOL
So, make sure you offer to pay your rent on time, if you're still there when rent is sue again.
He may refuse.
Okay, if that happens.
Don't spend that rent money, keep it.
Make sure you note the fact he refused to accept it, if that happens.

This is what he must do, in PA, if he wants you evicted:
