My landlord is to provide heat with my apartment from my understanding in PA from October 1st heat should be turned on if included. I have been complaining for the past 2 weeks because it is cold. I have had a verbal agreement to pay my rent $200 late I paid this amount today but when asking if I would have heat before I pay my next months rent he said to pack my bags he was evicting me on monday. What should I do now. If I get an eviction notice what should I do I have a young daughter and wife and cannot afford to move at this time I am currently 3 months into a 1 year lease.

An eviction notice is a request.
It allows you time to vacate, VOLUNTARILY to avoid an eviction filing.

Should you choose to ignore the request, your LL will file an eviction proceeding before the court.

Such a filing is devastating to tenants.
The mere filing of an eviction can make it impossible for you to rent decent housing for decades.

I suggest you get busy moving.

If you don't, you'll soon discover how difficult your life will become, when you can no longer obtain decent housing.
