I live in Texas, and I had entered an agreement to lease to purchase a ran down trailer home that needed work, a 2 year contract. It had been sitting unused and abused for a while, since im young and a college student, why not put the effort to fix it up, and buy it. A year in to my contract the four people renting the land recieved eviction notices. This evictin is breaking my contract with him. But in my contract the House must stay on the land until paid in full, whick will be another year, then signed over to myself. Please take a look, its very short and cut dry.

Im just a college student, who was very happy to actually own my own home and now I have to move with the work that was put into this house making it liveable again.
Please help me, i have no clue what to do and I dont want to lose my investment.
