Hi, I have leased a business space at the current location for almost 2 years. I signed a 3 year lease with them. More than 2 months ago, right next door to my office, they started to redo the interior and exterior of the building next door. My business is like a spa, for people to relax and destress. Since the construction, it has been very hard for me and my patients to even talk over the constant noise (drilling, hammering, and much more) and for my patients to get a relaxing treatment. My landlord said that he will talk to the construction workers; however, nothing has changed. This has definitely affected my business. What are my options? I was told by the foreman, it may take at least another 2 months to finish.
