I had been evicted from the home in april or may sometime and recently the landlord took me to court for a damage hearing. I was not made aware of the court date and missed it. At the court date since I did not show the landlord had the Judge do a Writ of Body Attachment for failure to appear. The writ is Dated 1/25/2006 and it said for failure to appear on 1/26/2006. It says I have a bond of $1,200.00. What can I do about this. Since the dates are wrong am I obligated to another court date?
