I am a landlord in Hillsborough county Tampa, FL. I have a tenant that has not paid. I served her with a three day notice, a non renewal of her month-to-month lease and an intent to enter to inspect the property. Her 5 days are up to answer on Tuesday. I am trying to figure out what my next step is. She has denied me the right to enter my property and still refusing to pay. Do I have any legal rights?

Yes, you now must file the eviction action through the courts.
If she refuses you entry, or she says I'm not leaving, it's best not to force the issue; just proceed with the eviction.

The entire process can take more time, but if you do it by the numbers, you'll eventually get the court order.
Then the sheriff can serve her, and eventually (if she continues to resist) put her and her junk on the curb.

Patience is the key.
Just wait her out, don't get involved in anything that can cost you more money.
You follow the eviction by the numbers, no shortcuts, you'll prevail, it just takes time.
