My wife and I own a piece of land in KY and sold it to her niece on a land contract. Tne niece is now in default for 2+ years. We live in IN and someone wants to buy the land and we have agreed on a price. What can we do to be free to sell this land to the new prospect. Thanks for any help.

Without reading the contract, one can only guess what you can do. I suggest that you talk to a local real estate attorney to see what you can do in order to settle the issue with your niece and with the prospective buyer.
