Is it true that if someone has been collecting social security disability, and they have more money in a bank account, can the government take all that money away?

The government must have a reason before attempting to confiscate your assets.

The government can't just snatch your money without allowing you the opportunity to have a legal proceeding on the issues at hand.

I suggest you stop wasting your time asking questions of strangers and ask your social security related questions of social security officials and/or an attorney you've retained to represent your varied interests and concerns.
