Me & my spouse is originally from other country, now green card holder & living in USA for past 4-5 yrs. We have a minor son born here in USA. Now my spouse wants to go back to our country leaving me & our son here. How can I force him/her legally to still be responsible for our son? What if he/she leaves the country without informing me & not giving me enough time to put all this in the front of court?
