17 years ago I was convicted for a sex offense as a juvenile. I was wondering if anyone can give me an idea of my chances of getting a K-1 visa with this and if I need to include this on the form that asks if I have any convictions, or if the "Answering this question is required even if your records were sealed" does not apply for juvenile convictions.

Thank you for any advice/help.

If it was a juvenile conviction, it is by its very nature "sealed".

Juvenile convictions are not relevant, nor do you have to acknowledge them later in life.

I would make no mention of any juvenile conviction in response to any questions about prior convictions.

Even though it says to answer it even if the conviction was sealed?

Do what YOU want to do.

Ignore what I advised you as to what you can do!

I gave you legal advice.

Go ahead, ignore it at your peril.

Sheesh!!!
:( :dunno:
