Hello new to the site. Im pretty fluent in my legal terms but I have a question. When I was 16 I was arrested for burglary of a structure conveyance not armed without a person inside, It is a 3rd degree felony. Being that it was my first arrest and a juvenile one I didnt get a lawyer and used the public defender. I recieved withheld adjudication. When I am asked wether or not I am a convicted felon or if I am a felon regardless ,this is a no correct? Can a juvenile charge exempt you from getting a job as an adult? Thanks in advance
